All TV mainboards, power boards, T-Con boards, remotes, accessories etc. are harvested from TVs w/broken screens, and have been tested and factory reset.

Part Ordering

Order part using part number and version # (if applicable to the model),

Double-check the part number before ordering. There are no refunds for ordering the wrong part.

Shipping within Canada only

All orders are shipped from our facility in Bowmanville, Ontario during normal business hours.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions, address and service type chosen.

Exchanges or Returns

No refund for ordering incorrect parts. Only defective parts are eligible for return.

If a part is defective or damaged, and you wish to have it exchanged for the same item, send us an email at info@mtcservice.com

Warranty and Shipping returns

Only defective parts are eligible for return, and this must be within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned parts will be inspected by a technician before any credit is issued.
