All TV remotes and accessories are harvested from TVs with broken screens.

Part Ordering:

Order parts using the correct part number for TV model.

All part sales are Final Sale. No exchange or refund.

Shipping (Canada Only):

All orders are shipped from our facility in Bowmanville, Ontario during normal business hours.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination address, and selected service type.

Local free pick-up option is available. 

Order Cancellation:

Any order may only be cancelled if it has not been processed and shipped, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please contact us at partsales@mtcservice.com

Warranty

If a part is defective, please notify us at partsales@mtcservice.com within ten (10) days from the date of purchase.
